This was a stop not to be missed on this whirlwind San Francisco visit: black bean cakes with sour cream and salsa, grilled chili cornbread, poached eggs, grilled potatoes and a buttermilk pancake with proper maple syrup. This is some of the best breakfast on planet Earth.
