People are messy, emotional creatures. The more you understand the hydraulics of your own feelings, and the more you examine your own reactive frames of reference, the more effective you will be in collaborating with others on abstract problem solving.

Easier said than done, but an awarenes of our own patterns of perspective is a good place to start.]]></description>
